Many of you have asked how to do certain exercise moves that I post, so I created a new page to help!
If you go to my Workouts link at the top of my homepage, there is a new link called How do you do that?. If you click that, it will take you to a list of exercises (listed in alphabetical order). Once you click on an exercise, it will take you to a page that will show you the proper technique for the exercise.

I looove, looove, looove stuffed peppers and I also love soup. Naturally this is a winner in my book (and super easy to throw together on a weeknight). You could easily make this vegetarian by adding beans or sweet potatoes in place of the meat.
Stuffed Pepper Soup
2 pounds ground sirloin (I use ground sirloin b/c it has less fat than ground beef and tastes better)
1 (28 oz) can tomato sauce
1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes (I use fire roasted with red pepper)
2 cups cooked rice
2 cups chopped peppers (red, green, orange, and/or yellow)
a few dashes Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar (I used a little less)
salt/pepper to taste
Brown the beef (drain if fatty). Add remaining ingredients, bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes or until peppers are tender.
